“I appreciate its location right inside central Pattaya, next to the mall and very close to the beach; the rooms are pleasant, clean, and quiet for a good rest, plus the breakfast is fantastic, especially the juice options. The pool layout is quite unique, making it easy to reach the pool bar, and I value their spa treatments. It's certainly a comfortable and safe base when exploring Pattaya.”

adequate stay with some issues
noisy air conditioning awkward bathroom
the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, this disturbed my sleep. controlling the temperature were also difficult. the room felt a little outdated, and the bathroom layout, with a shower inside the bathtub without a proper screen, were awkward and caused water to spill everywhere.

mixed feelings about this stay
the location was acceptable. it was near the beach.
the staff seemed rather arrogant. i waited six hours for a room despite being willing to pay for an early check-in. this was tough with a young child. it wasn't a great experience.

friendly staff fresh products cooking class poor service dirty room lack of cleaning
i have to admit, this hotel had really kind staff. breakfast was varied with many options and fresh products. they organized excursions that were planned well. i appreciated the cooking class, super interesting.
the service was not good. we put a sign requesting cleaning, but the room wasn't cleaned when we returned. i did not expect this from this group. i can't recommend the hotel.

adequate but underwhelming stay
loud air conditioning unit unsafe bathtub
The air conditioning unit in my room was so loud i could barely sleep. it was impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature. also, getting in and out of the bathtub was a real challenge. There wasn't a separate shower, and it felt quite unsafe. it's definitely time for an upgrade to bring the rooms up to par.

amazing pool area peaceful atmosphere wide variety fresh fruit dated room decor limited gym equipment no gym attendant
The pool area was MAGNIFICENT. I spent many afternoons there, completely relaxed and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a WIDE variety, something for everyone. I especially loved the fresh fruit selection.
The room's decor felt a little dated. A refresh would do WONDERS. I found the gym equipment to be somewhat limited. There was no attendant on duty s to the fitness center.

musty smell noisy a c
The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety and tasted quite good.
My room smelled musty, quite unpleasant. The a/c unit was also very noisy. It disrupted my sleep. I really didn't have a great experience overall because of these issues.
